No. STARFITS is a direct-to-consumer brand — order a single piece if that is all you want, and it ships anywhere in India.

Orders confirmed before 11am IST usually go out the same working day — that is our courier's pickup cut-off. Later orders are dispatched the next working day. Delivery across India then typically takes 2–6 working days, and the courier's own estimate for your pincode is shown at checkout.

Tees come in S, M, L, XL and XXL. The women's embroidered range is currently made in a single size — the measurements are published on each product page, so check them against a garment you already own. Kurti lengths can be customised where the product page offers the choice.

We accept UPI and secure online payment by card, netbanking or wallet. Cash on Delivery is available too — pay the delivery agent when your order arrives. Otherwise smaller orders are paid in full at checkout. On orders of ₹5,000 or more you can pay 50% online now and settle the balance online from your Track Order page — we dispatch once it clears.

We do quality checks before dispatch. If something is wrong: returns (refund) within 2 days of delivery, exchanges within 5 days. Every request needs clear photos of the item and tags — an unboxing video is strongly recommended and gets damage or wrong-item claims approved fastest. Raise it from Track your order.
