Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work at STARFITS.

1. Order cancellation

  • You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return (see below).
  • To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID as soon as possible.

2. Returns & replacements

We accept returns / replacements if:

  • The item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product or size.
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags intact.

Please record an unboxing video where possible — it helps us resolve damage or wrong-item claims quickly.

3. Non-returnable items

  • Custom / personalised items made through the Design Studio (unless defective).
  • Items returned without original tags or in used / washed condition.

  • Once your return is received and inspected (or a cancellation is approved), we initiate the refund.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect.
  • For replacements, we dispatch the correct item once the return is confirmed.
