1. About us

STARFITS sells premium quality men's and women's t-shirts online across India, at retail and wholesale.

2. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Retail (single-piece) prices are shown on each product. Wholesale / bulk rates are shared on request based on quantity (minimum order quantities apply).
• Prices, offers and product availability may change without prior notice.
• Product colours may vary slightly from images due to screen and lighting differences.

3. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if stock is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.
• Order confirmation is subject to successful payment verification.

4. Payment

We accept payment via UPI. Orders are processed after payment is received and verified. You are responsible for providing accurate payment reference (UTR) or proof when requested.

5. Custom designs (Design Studio)

If you upload artwork or create a custom design, you confirm you own or have the rights to use that content. You are solely responsible for any third-party intellectual-property claims arising from designs you provide. Custom / personalised items are made to order.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the STARFITS name, logo, text and images — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STARFITS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
