Shipping & Delivery Policy

STARFITS ships across India. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

1. Order processing & dispatch

  • Orders are processed once payment is verified.
  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Bulk / wholesale and custom orders may need additional processing time, which we confirm with you.

2. Delivery timelines

  • Metro cities: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Other locations across India: usually 4–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier, weather or regional factors.

3. Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. For bulk / wholesale orders, shipping is confirmed along with your quote.

4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you can track it on our Track Orderpage using your order ID and registered mobile number. We'll also keep you updated on WhatsApp.

5. Delivery coverage

We deliver Pan India. In rare cases a PIN code may not be serviceable by our courier partners; if so, we will contact you with alternatives or a full refund.

6. Delays & failed deliveries

  • Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
